The COMMIT Foundation, founded in 2012 by Anne Meree Craig, is dedicated to empowering service members, veterans, and their families to achieve purposeful and fulfilling transitions from military to civilian life. With a mission to provide high-touch, personalized support, COMMIT helps veterans identify their passions, build strong networks, and translate their skills into meaningful civilian careers. Having served over 5,000 individuals through 17,000+ services, COMMIT sets a national standard for veteran transition support.
Core Programs
COMMIT offers tailored programs to address the unique needs of transitioning veterans:
- One-on-One Transition Assistance: Personalized services including resume building, interview coaching, skills assessments, executive coaching, and mentoring.
- Pursue Your Purpose: An online platform using design thinking to help veterans define their values, priorities, and post-military goals.
- Transition Mentoring Workshops: In-person and virtual workshops focusing on goal-setting, values, and career planning, connecting veterans with industry leaders.
- The Digital Library: A resource hub with insights from successful alumni and leaders across industries.
- Spouse Program: Support for military spouses to navigate their own transitions.
