MICHAEL OSTROLENK, MA, MFT, MASTER
Elite Tactical Training – Michael has undergone extensive training in martial arts, including Krav Maga, Haganah, Japanese Jujitsu, Shaolin Kenpo, and Tae Kwon Do. He is a trained personal protection specialists and private investigator. Additionally, he has trained in tactical handgun/CQB, surveillance and counter-surveillance and evasive driving. Drawing upon this training, he equips clients with a warrior’s discipline – situational awareness, offensive mindset, and immovable mind.
Graduate and Post-Graduate Studies in Human Development and Psychology – Michael holds a Master’s in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, focusing on human potential, consciousness, and transformation. He did post graduate studies in somatic psychology at the California Institute for Integral Studies. His postgraduate certifications in Spiral Dynamics (Don Beck, PhD) and Wade Mindsets (Jenny Wade, PhD) provide advanced frameworks for cognitive development, leadership, and systems thinking.
Integrative Health and Holistic Medicine – As Project Director for Health Medicine Forum, Michael worked with Dr. Len Saputo to advance patient-centered integrative medicine. His studies in foundational medicine, mind-body healing, and epigenetics shape his experience in resilience, longevity, and optimal performance.
