Theresa Dugwell is a Life Achievement Strategist, author, speaker, elite performance coach, and
3x Guinness World Record holder with a background in clinical psychology and
psychophysiology. With more than 20 years of experience and over 12,000 hours of coaching,
Theresa is best known for her work as a Results Coach and Business Trainer for Tony Robbins,
where she coached entrepreneurs, executives, clinicians, and high achievers to break through
limitations, elevate performance, and create compelling futures.
Today, Theresa works with eCircle Inc. as a coach supporting entrepreneurs, experts, clinicians,
and thought leaders in developing, positioning, and marketing their expertise to build successful
businesses and create the life they have worked so hard to achieve. She has helped many
clinicians build thriving practices by creating structure, systems, patient experience strategies,
and positioning them as the go-to authority within their specialty.
Theresa is known for her unique ability to help people uncover what they are truly striving for
beneath the surface identifying the deeper mission, purpose, and vision that brings their passion,
authenticity, and brilliance to life. Her coaching combines performance psychology, mindset
transformation, emotional intelligence, leadership development, and strategic business growth to
help clients unlock their highest potential.
She is also the founder of The Million Dollar Clinic and Ultimate Leaders, organizations
dedicated to helping individuals strengthen clarity, resilience, leadership, and purpose-driven
success.
An accomplished endurance athlete, Theresa has completed 23 marathons and holds three
Guinness World Records in endurance running, including co-coaching a team of 12 women who
broke a Guinness World Record by running the farthest distance on a treadmill over 12 hours,
with each woman running one hour at a time. She founded Spin Spartans, leading fundraising
initiatives supporting children’s programs and community causes, and spearheaded YMCA
Megathon and International Women’s Day events across the Greater Toronto Area.
Theresa is deeply passionate about empowering women and strengthening communities. She
founded the Buy a Brick, Build a Life Campaign to support shelters for women and children and
has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for wellness and community initiatives. In
recognition of her impact and leadership, she received the Brilliant Minded Women Award for
Best Community Service in 2016.
A creative performer and filmmaker as well, Theresa has appeared in film, musical theatre, and
opera productions, including performances with Opera York, and has won multiple film festival
awards for her creative work. As the author of two books on women’s health and fitness, Theresa
continues to inspire people to step beyond limitations, rediscover purpose, and create lives of
meaning, contribution, and fulfillment.
